Terms

The short agreement between you and us for using Emotara.

Last updated 30 July 2026

Who you’re agreeing with

Emotara is operated by Temi Mogaji, from the United Kingdom. Using the app means you accept these terms. If you don’t, don’t use it.

What Emotara does

You choose how you want to feel and answer three questions. Emotara returns a four-step sequence built around those answers. Each flow is generated fresh, so the same answers won’t always produce the same result.

Your account

An account is created automatically the first time you generate a flow, with no sign-up. You can add an email so your saved flows survive changing device, but nothing requires it. You’re responsible for keeping access to your device and, if you added one, your email account.

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from You → Delete my account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Use your judgement

Flows are suggestions, not instructions, and not professional advice of any kind: medical, psychological, relationship, or otherwise. They’re generated automatically, so despite our best efforts one may occasionally be inappropriate for your situation.

You decide what you actually do.Don’t follow a step that seems unsafe, that you’re not physically up to, or that isn’t right for the people you’re with. If something in a flow concerns you, ignore it, and please tell us at EmotaraApp@gmail.com.

Fair use

Don’t use Emotara to do anything illegal, and don’t:

  • try to break, overload, or probe the service or its infrastructure
  • automate access, scrape it, or resell what it produces as your own product
  • attempt to extract the instructions behind how flows are generated
  • work around the limits on your plan, including by creating accounts repeatedly

Free and paid use

The free plan includes three flows in any rolling seven-day period, not a fixed weekly reset, so a slot frees up seven days after you used it. Paid plans, when available, are billed through the app store you bought them from, and cancelling is done there rather than here. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

Who owns what

The app, its design, and the instructions behind how flows are generated belong to us. The flows Emotara produces for you are yours to use however you like, personally.

No guarantees, and what we’re liable for

Emotara is provided as it is. We don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features.

We’re responsible for loss we cause you that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for anything else, including what you choose to do as a result of a flow. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited, and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we’ll say so in the app. These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, and its courts have jurisdiction.
