Delete your account
Two ways to do it. The first is instant and doesn’t involve us at all.
Open Emotara, go to You, and tap Delete my account. You’ll be asked to confirm, and then it’s done. No waiting, no request to process.
Go there nowWrite to EmotaraApp@gmail.com from the email address on the account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
If you never added an email, we have no way to tell which account is yours. Accounts without one are identified only by a key held on your device. In that case reinstall the app and use the in-app option, which will still find it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and your email address, if you added one
- Every flow you generated, saved or not
- Your saved library
- The records of when you generated them
Nothing is retained afterwards and nothing is recoverable. If you hold a subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel that through the App Store, Google Play, or wherever you bought it.
